Luxe Creations by Nique is a print-on-demand and custom apparel business based in South Carolina. We create and ship clothing and accessories designed to customer specifications.

• Customers retain ownership of artwork and designs they upload but grant Luxe Creations by Nique a license to print, reproduce, and ship the product as requested.
   
• Customers are responsible for ensuring uploaded designs do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
   

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luxe Creations by Nique shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our Site or products.
   
• Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in York County, South Carolina.
